I would agree with Tim,except that Perry used the term “American citizen” several times in this same interview. He can’t have it both ways.

While Juarez is definitely part of the continent known as North America, everyone should know by know that when any of our elected O-Fish-als of either persuasion says “America” he means “The United States of America”. Only when wishing to appear erudite or inclusive will they stoop to discussing “North America” and even then half of them think that means the USA + Canada.
