Continue stepping forward Texas. One for all, all for one. Just continue helping each other to progress. We can do it.

Come on. It's kinda like the 2nd Amendment, which supports our gawd-given right to form militias. So why shouldn't our tax code support the formation of a Texas Navy? Makes perfect sense to me.
