Buzz from the TV show – Perry’s day of prayer

Last night on YNN’s Capital Tonight show, I was asked about Governor Rick Perry’s “Day of Prayer” event next month in Houston.

What do you think about it? Let me know in the comments section. Or perhaps you’d like to attend the competing “Day of Debauchery and Gluttony.”

Mostly what you should do is watch Capital Tonight in its entirety this Sunday morning at 11 on Austin’s YNN, or watch it any time on the web.

Thanks a bunch. You’ve ruined Six Flags for me forever.

First off, much better tie. By the way, the officially authorized title for the event is Rick Perry’s Six Flags Over Jesus Hallelujahpolooza. We’ve got a tailgating party planned – beach umbrellas, Margaritas, floozy wimmen, and a website design ready to go that will make the People of WalMart look like Vogue magazine.

Word has it that the concession stands at Reliant stadium will be open during Gov. Hairhead and The Homophobes prayer rally/concert. However, because it is also a day of fasting, you’ll stand in line, pay $12, and get nothing.
