Radio Sessions

A couple of days ago, I poked fun at Congressman Pete Sessions over his separation from his wife, which prompted an off-line debate between me and Scott Braddock of CBS radio in Dallas-Fort Worth, over the relative propriety of having done so.

Scott and I were having so much fun bickering about it off-line that he decided to bring it online on the radio show today. Here’s how it went.

Well, it would have been over the line if you’d said they’d still be married if only Ms Sessions had started wearing g-strings.

Didn’t listen to the show but I have to ask “there’s relative propriety in talking about a politician’s separation?!” These are the same people who try and create laws getting up into everyone else’s private business; like gay marriage, abortion, religion or lack of, etc. and then they expect privacy?!

I think it was very gentlemanly of you not to mention that he holds fundraisers in strip clubs.

Additionally, you are a far better person than I am for not talking about how he dyed his hair Mercurochrome red in the days following this announcement. Odds are pretty good that he’s taken up with a floozy hairdresser. (Don’t you be lookin’ this way, Harold Cook.)
